What is your return policy?
We accept returns and are happy to refund you within 7 days upon you receiving your item.
Shipping fees for returns are borne by you unless the item received was defective/incorrect.
Items must be returned in its original condition (tag attached, unwashed, unworn, unaltered).
We reserve the rights to reject any return items if they do not meet the above conditions.
Refunds are made via store credit.
* We strictly DO NOT accept returns for sales & promotional items, lingerie and intimates.
How to return an item?
1. DM/WhatsApp us informing us you'd like to return an item.
2. We will provide you with our return address.
3. Return the item(s) to us within 7 days of the delivery date.
4. We will process a refund via store credit within 1-2 working days.
* Purchases made with store credit cannot be returned.
I received a defective/incorrect item
1. We offer free returns & refunds and exchanges for items that were defective/incorrectly sent.
2. If the defect was caused by you, we will not be liable and therefore, not issue a refund under these circumstances.
3. Exchanges can only be made for the same/correct item unless the item is out of stock.
How to return a defective/incorrect item?
1. DM/WhatsApp us with clear pictures of the defect/incorrect item received.
2. For defective items, you may opt for a full cash refund/exchange for another piece. For incorrect items, we will exchange it for the correct item.*
3. Return us the defective/incorrect item.
4. The replacement item will be shipped the next working day after we receive the returned item.
* This option is only available if we currently have stock on hand. Otherwise, you may choose to wait for a backorder or a full cash refund.
